As we turn the page to a new chapter, NCADA extends heartfelt appreciation to those who have guided us over the past year. We are especially grateful to NCADA Chairman Randy Hunter and his wife, Alice, for their steadfast support of North Carolina’s dealers and our association. Their leadership, energy and commitment have left a lasting impact — not only on the success of this past year but on the dealer community as a whole.

During our recent Family Convention, Randy officially passed the gavel to Mr. Rob King, who will now serve as NCADA Chairman for 2025-2026. This transition marks an exciting new phase as we continue to grow, adapt and advocate for our members.

We also proudly welcome several new faces to the Executive Committee. With a fresh mix of experience, insight and enthusiasm, we’re confident this team will bring forward-thinking ideas and innovative strategies to elevate our work in the year ahead.

As always, our foundation remains rooted in collaboration, service and dealer-driven leadership. We look forward to seeing how our new Executive Committee will build on that legacy and continue to strengthen the NCADA mission.
