From Oct. 27-29, NCADA’s board of directors convened in Louisville, Kentucky, for its fall meeting, bringing together dealer leaders to discuss priorities and initiatives shaping the association’s direction for 2026.
The agenda centered on key discussions that will help guide NCADA’s advocacy and strategic focus in the year ahead. Board members reviewed the status of significant federal and state legislative issues, including the association’s requested comprehensive franchise law legislation enacted into law this past summer. Members also examined plans for upcoming NCADA Family Convention and discussed efforts to strengthen the franchise system to ensure its continued success in a rapidly evolving automotive industry.
The board also received an update on DMV modernization efforts and reviewed progress on NCADA’s new management and accounting systems, which are designed to improve efficiency and enhance member services. These discussions are indicative of the board’s commitment to advancing initiatives that deliver long-term value to dealers and the communities they serve.
While the focus remained on association business, the meeting also provided time for members to connect and continue building the relationships that strengthen NCADA’s leadership network.
